In every install possible we use these and other FluxLight transceivers. Most our devices are in remote locations or out of town so if we have an equipment failure, it is difficult to get a repair crew to the site in a timely manner. We are VERY concerned about reliability and have had zero failures with these GLC-T Transceivers and all of the other FluxLight transceivers we use. We have had no compatibility issues with all the FluxLight Transceivers we use.
